GameClash is a bundle of quick puzzle and word games for whenever you have a few minutes. Practise as much as you like, take on the daily challenge or challenge other players to a duel for coins. In a duel everyone plays exactly the same puzzle. No luck involved: the smartest and fastest player wins.

Yes! Practice and the daily challenge cost nothing. You get 100 coins and 10 diamonds to start with, and the daily gift tops you up every day.

Want to go a bit faster? You can buy coins in the coin shop. But you really don't have to.

Absolutely. You use the same account everywhere, so your coins, diamonds, tickets and progress simply come with you.

Already playing in the app? Then don't create a new account on the website. On the login page, choose Log in with the app and scan the QR code. Or enter the code under Profile → Log in on the website.

There are twelve games to choose from: Lumen Link, Jade Mahjong, Aurora Vials, Glow Grove, Ember Forge, Letter Vault, Word Trails, Solitaire Peaks, Lagoon Eleven, Bloom Blitz, Memory Match and Cosmic Cross. Each one starts with a quick explanation, and you can try them all for free.

Pick a game and how many coins you want to stake. You take on one to three other players, and you all get the same puzzle. Everyone plays once, and the highest score takes the pot.

You don't need to play at the same time. Others can jump in later and play exactly the same puzzle.

You stake 20, 50 or 100 coins. All the stakes together make the pot, minus 10% for the GameClash prize fund. Before you start, you'll see right away how much is up for grabs.

Win, and you get the pot plus 1, 2 or 3 tickets, depending on your stake. Play but just miss out? You still get 1 ticket.

Then you share the pot evenly. And every winner still gets all the tickets that come with the win.

No worries. A duel stays open for 30 minutes. If not enough players join by then, the duel is called off and you simply get your stake back.

The clock only starts when you press Play. Most games last two minutes, Memory Match and Aurora Vials one minute and Cosmic Cross three minutes. In many games, clearing a level gives you extra time.

Heads up: the clock keeps running if you close the page or leave the app. So only start when you've got a moment to focus.

As soon as everyone in the duel has played, usually within half an hour. If you've turned on notifications in the app, you'll hear about it automatically. You can find all your duels and results under Duels.

Yes, as often as you like! Practice is free. You just don't earn coins, tickets or stickers with it, and it doesn't count for the rankings. Perfect for getting the hang of a new game.

Every day there's one game waiting for you, with the same puzzle for everyone. Joining is free and you get one shot, so make it count! The best score of the day wins 200 coins and 5 diamonds. A tie? Then whoever got that score first wins.

Every night at midnight (Dutch time). Started just before midnight? You can still finish your round. The winner finds out as soon as the day is over.

Coins get you into duels.

Diamonds are for the Style shop and spinning the Arcade Wheel.

Tickets go into prize draws. The more tickets, the better your chances.

There are plenty of ways! Win duels, collect your daily gift, win the daily challenge or a weekly prize, spin the Arcade Wheel or complete a set in your album. In the app you can also watch a short ad for some bonus coins. And of course you can buy coins in the coin shop.

Drop by every day to collect your gift. The longer your streak, the bigger the gift. On day 7 you get coins, diamonds and a ticket! Skip a day and you start again at day 1. Whatever you've already collected is yours to keep, of course.

A spin costs 1 diamond you earned in the game, and you always win something: coins or tickets. Diamonds you bought don't count here.

Head to the coin shop and pick a pack. On the website you can pay with iDEAL, a credit card and more, and every pack comes with some extra bonus coins. In the app you pay through Apple.

Good to know: coins and diamonds can't be exchanged for money.

Your coins usually show up within a few seconds. Refresh the page or reopen the app. Still nothing after a few minutes? Let us know through the contact form and choose the topic Coins and payments. We'll sort it out for you.

The Style shop is where you give your profile and games your own look. Use diamonds to buy new avatars, avatar frames and game themes. Once you buy it, it's yours for good.

Go to Prizes and put tickets on the prize you'd love to win. Every ticket is a chance, so the more tickets, the better your odds. We draw the winners at the time shown. Your tickets are used up afterwards, even if you don't win.

You earn tickets with duels, the daily gift and the Arcade Wheel.

After the draw, you'll see the winners right there with the prize, and the app sends you a notification. Coins land in your account straight away. For other prizes we ask for your name, email address and, if needed, your address, so we can get your prize to you.

There are three weekly rankings: Most played, Wins and Coins won. Only duels count. Every Monday at midnight everyone starts from zero again.

The top 3 in Most played win a weekly prize: 200 coins and 5 diamonds for number 1, 100 coins and 3 diamonds for number 2 and 50 coins and 2 diamonds for number 3.

After a duel where you really played, you get a sticker pack, up to 3 a day. Every game has its own set to collect. Duplicates turn into stars, and you can trade stars for a sticker you're still missing.

Complete a set to get coins and an avatar frame. Fill the whole album and you'll get a nice pile of coins plus an exclusive avatar.

Just open the game again and you'll pick up where you left off. You won't lose your points. The clock doesn't wait for you, though: it keeps running while you're away.

No, you play a round on one device at a time. If you open it on another device, we'll ask whether you want to continue there. Say yes, and the round stops on your first device. The clock keeps running in the meantime.

Yes, you can. Your score at that moment counts. You just can't replay the round afterwards.

In a duel everyone gets the same puzzle and the same amount of time. We check every move and work out the score ourselves. That way nobody can make up a score or time.

Yes! In Letter Vault and Word Trails you play with words in your own language, Dutch or English, against players who speak the same language. You can pick your language in your settings.

On the website you choose a username, email address and password, or quickly continue with Apple or Google. In the app you create a profile with a username and avatar, or sign in with Apple. You'll be ready to play in about a minute.

No problem. On the login page, choose Forgot password and we'll email you a link to pick a new one. Always log in with Apple or Google? Then just use that button again.

Yes, once every 30 days. On the website you do this in Settings, in the app through your profile.

On the website, sound, music and language are in the menu under your avatar. In the app, you manage notifications under Profile → Notifications. You can switch them all on or off at once, or per type.

On the website, go to Settings → Delete account. Enter your password and confirm through the email we send you. No email address and password on your account? Then delete it in the app under Profile.

Heads up: after that your coins, diamonds, tickets, stickers and progress are really gone. We can't undo it.
